The site shopping facility is much the same as one of the high street stores and sells mobile phones, accessories, ring tones, PDA's, fax machines, fixed line phones and cordless phones. The is a good range of mobile phones and packages available, with packages including pay monthly, pay as you go, pay up front, SIM free and upgrades. The networks available are BT Cellnet, One 2 One, Orange, Value Telecom and Vodafone. There is also a useful 'find a store' facility to help you locate your nearest high street store.

O2 is formed of five companies across Europe, and Genie, the Mobile Internet Portal. O2 offer fantastic mobile internet phones all with FREE text messaging (UK customers) and WAP. There is an extensive online shop for purchasing phones, packages, SIM cards, ringtones and accessories. For existing O2 customers it is possible to view and manage your phone bill and details online. A well designed site that is easy to use, but sometimes lacking in sufficient depth of information about products.
